Networks, groups and corporates
Custom courses for larger organisations
For larger organisations, Strategi Institute can tailor its training programs according to the organisation’s volumes of people, timeframes for delivery, and personal capability to deliver.
A licensing arrangement is available for larger organisations with their own in-house trainers delivering our modules. We do require anyone who delivers our modules to have attained Unit Standard 4098 as a minimum, or an equivalent training qualification. We can support your staff in achieving that Unit Standard, if necessary. Strategi Institute will still manage the External Assessment component of any modules delivered via in-house trainers.
We can customise course content for your staff, incorporating background on your company, your systems and practices and examples from your own product range.
In addition to adviser authorisation training, Strategi Institute has developed a series of customised courses for networks and corporates relating to:
- Professional development courses in areas such as productivity enhancement, time management, building referral relationships and selling skills.
- National Certificate in Financial Services Level 4, suited to QFE staff, paraplanners and adviser support staff.
- QFE staff training on the regulations, legislation, identifying what is advice, plus new systems and processes.
- Secretary and PA training.

Practical, up-to-date training content
It is our belief that, for any training to be worthwhile, it must be practical, relevant and demonstrate good value for money. That does not mean our training is low cost: it means it provides an excellent return on investment because advisers will actually enhance their professional knowledge and skills, thereby increasing their revenue earning potential.
Our training content is designed to have practical application beyond the classroom, so that advisers will not only meet their legislative and regulatory requirements, but will also acquire new skills and knowledge that they can immediately incorporate into their existing practice.
Training materials are constantly monitored to ensure our trainers are delivering up-to-date content. We aim to prepare advisers for the future, rather than resort simply to learning from the past. The format of our material is designed so that it will become a reference resource for advisers back in the workplace. Assembling content in this way provides participants with a worthwhile return on investment for their initial course fee outlay.
Trainers drawn from the industry
Strategi Institute only recruits trainers who have market credibility and current industry knowledge. Our trainers have either recently been, or are presently, industry practitioners who have complete empathy and understanding of what it’s like to operate as an adviser in the current market.
All our trainers and assessors are subject to rigorous selection criteria and are required to have achieved Unit Standard 4098 or a similar level training qualification. This is a specialist qualification in adult learning and assessment practices – conducting, reviewing and administering.

Assessment and mentoring
Our Level 5 assessors are committed to a turnaround time of no more than 14 working days, which means 14 working days from when the assignment is received by Strategi Institute, to when the participant receives their feedback or request for 2nd submission.
All course participants are allocated an experienced business mentor who will work with them to ensure they are able to get to grips with what might be unfamiliar study techniques, language or style of writing.
