The programme is offered as two compulsory modules, with candidates able to choose their remaining modules based on their role and interest. The two main options are an administration track and a financial advice track.
Learning is through a combination of classroom, online and correspondence delivery. All modules are available via the classroom and can be customised for corporates and networks. Minimum numbers may be required to hold classroom courses.

Assessments are made as practical and as close to the everyday work situation as possible. There is no rote learning, testing from memory or ‘against the clock’ testing. If you don’t pass the first time, you get two more chances and our mentors will help you every step of the way.
Our trainers, mentors and assessors are drawn from the industry. They are experienced and there to make your studies relevant, practical and career-driven.
Candidates are provided with their own personal web account page where coursework can be downloaded, assignments submitted, and contact with mentors and assessors can be maintained.
A realistic timeframe to complete your Level 4 studies is between 4-12 months, depending on your opportunity to complete the practical assignments.
